I have loved the written word and performance for as long as I can remember, which has led me on a varied path to finding my home in audiobook narration.
I love working in all genres of audiobook narration and bringing each author's vision to life. I am often cast in the mystery/thriller and YA genres and also produce political non-fiction and romance, both under pseudonym. I love working with authors over evolving series and am currently the recurring narrator for: Glenda Carroll's Tricia Carson Mystery Series (cozy mystery), Jameo D. Pollock's The Myrna Santiago Crime Series (Thriller/Suspense) , Heather Ogden's The Lies We Fear Series (Dystopian YA), for James Morgan Publishing, YA, and Patrick M. Wood's "Technocracy" Series (political non-fiction).
I am very proud of my most recent narration, Elysia Rourke's Whale Fall (YA) produced by Penguin Random House Audio, a beautiful novel that has taught me about our interconnectedness, responsibility and stewardship with all of nature and our planet.
Prior to audiobook narration, I earned my BFA in Theater Performance and Writing from CalArts. I had two feature-length screenplays produced, Rave starring Steven Bauer and Aimee Graham and The Watermelon Heist starring Jon Amos; and worked for The Food Network as a Writer and Story Editor for The Rachel Ray Travel series.
I have also been an educator on both coasts - Edward R. Murrow High School in Brooklyn, New York where I launched the mask characterization course in their Screened Theater program; and James and Suzy Cameron's MUSE School in Calabasas, California where I launched their performing arts program at the Upper School.
